Heard someone talking on the train the other day about Spain. Happarently there's 4x as much property on the market than in the whole of the USA. And Santander have 1 bank manager per 1000 people.

Im sure there would be simarlarly priced properties in england if builders didnt bother with buying the land or getting planning permission as seems to be the case in Spain!

Look at the plus points; the subsequent bulldozing would be a relief for anyone who bought in Torrevieja
