How Not To Sell Your House

Laminate flooring, blue lights in the kitchen and random sh*t on the walls.

Are you sure this wasn't featured in a makeover TV programme?

Picture no. 7 should win a prize.

Pic No7 is also the only explanation for the excess of the number 9 in the price. <_<

Nay, ave some taste lad.

How do you have sex in the 'master' bedroom without cracking your head open?

Never lived in Lancs have you? :)

Wow, cool blue light thingies in the kitchen. Black is so trendy these days.

And I can look into Liam's eyes while doing the business with the wife.

OK I'm sold. When can I move in? :)

I think the tv property porn schedulers are planning a show called 'Sex Changing Rooms'

They will redecorate the bedsits and wardrobe of serial debtors who have had a sex change to try and escape their creditors.

they were waiting for spring bounce, as the room looks so good in the sunsssshhhhiiiiiinnne

must admit I stumbled across that one myself a few months ago and had a quiet chuckle, about the price - the room didn't even come into it.

Mods move to 'Most overprices shithole'.

I lived in Ashton for 5 years, about 9 years ago. Even done to this 'tasteful' high standard it's worth no more than £110-120K IMMHO. There are very few nice areas and this is not in one of them, the only reason I'll give it this high a value is because it not in the one of the many bad areas.

Another terrace in a different part of Lancashire where the owners have got a bit carried away with 'design'.

Internal viewing is absolutely essential to fully appreciate all internal aspects of this fine home. Benefits include:- Gas central heating, UPVC double glazing, stunning high gloss quality fitted kitchen, A WOW 3 piece bathroom (shower), 2 reception rooms, decked patio rear garden. Very Nice !

Screams MEW and Credit Card Max-Out to me! Looks like this was a property that was done up during the 'good times'. Apart from the Oasis shit, it looks all too alike of those 'demonstration of debt' house/flat parties that I was forced to attend a few years back by the now ex-missus (property obsessed biatch)! You know the ones, where you'd get it in the ear after about how nice the curtains were, how lovely the floor tiles were...and "oh they're going to the Bahamas next week". I always pished on her bonfire though by pointing out that it was all on the 'never never'...the 'tick'...'debt'

and then you're told...."you're just jealous"

FFS???

I like the Property Bee history on that house:

Keep on going down!

Bargain.

Bought for £101k in Nov 2004 and has miraculously doubled in value. I've no doubt they have spent a fortune on it, but they're never going to get it back.

But the master bedroom has a cupboard for midgets. (It's under the very low overhang!). That must add £100K to the value.

Its an awful layout, totally impractical and will need to be redone.
