Property Bee is looking for donations to cover a shortfall in hosting fees, dig deep Property Bee users

"Hi,

Firstly, sorry for the unannounced email, however I hope it maybe of

interest.

As you may know the hosting for property-bee.com is funded by donations

from its users.

In a week we have a bill to pay for hosting for 19th June 2010 to 19th

December 2010, and we are £250 short of being able to pay it :-(

Hence I am emailing all property-bee users that;

* registered over a year ago

* have not donated before

* appeared in the top 100 of users this month (see

http://www.property-bee.com/leaderboard.php)

If you would like to make a small donation to help pay the bill, you can

do so via http://www.property-bee.com/donate.php

Please note making a donation is voluntary, however I hope you will

support us and allow property-bee.com to continue.

Thanks

Beerhunter (property-bee.com admin)"

I donated a while ago but I would urge any other property-bee users to make a donation to help reduce the deficit and keep this fantastic facilty going. It needn't be measured in billions of pounds.

i've got the sidebar but it doesn't, for me, still do that thing where it gives you tracked changes on an individual property's rightmove page.

i'll happily donate if someone can advise me how to sort this out?

cheers

Have you updated to the latest version of the toolbar? failing that try setting the style to "changes only" or "full history" or as a last resort search the drive and delete the propertybee sqlite files

Fantastic site £11 sent just to outbid you guys anyone care to beat me. :P

I think I just accidentally sent GBP 21, instead of GBP 11 - but it is in a good cause.

Not been using it that long (although I'm currrently #17 on the leaderboard) so donated £12 as that makes £1 for each month of the year... and so I can claim the big spender moral high-ground from you £10 cheapskates! :)

In all seriousness, thanks to the OP for bringing this to our attention. And thank you Property Bee for providing such a wonderful service.

Perhaps they need to find a cheaper hosting provider, prices have dropped alot. Poundhost do a virtual server with pretty much unlimited bandwith for 25 quid a month, dedicated servers are only 50 quid a momth :
