Guest sillybear2
this is all so passively sad behaviour for those that choose to receive it Welcome to the real world, that's the story of half the economy over the past couple of years, for example workers at Honda in Swindon are simply happy to still have a job, even if that means a pay cut (a real one, in actual terms), if they don't like it there's plenty of people queuing at the local job center to take their place. It's only the public sector that is still in a bubble of adding jobs and comfy pay settlements throughout the bust, reality is going to strike them very badly indeed. Pytyr
Countries with lower wage costs such as India and Vietnam stand to benefit in attracting manufacturing. Minimum wages in Shanghai are $141 a month, compared with $77 in Mumbai and $74 in Hanoi, according to Morgan Stanley calculations based on Japan External Trade Organization data. Bloomberg link Once a job is truned into a process, it's easy to move to the cheapest location. Once Asia finally prices itself out the market, Africa will be ready to take it's place. There is no shortage of cheap labour in this world. That's why it's so important for China to stop relying on export driven growth and get it's internal market sorted out. That will involve losing the control the current government loves. That's why the country will have another revolution before too long. ken_ichikawa
You just lazy, good workers hit targets long time. Not when they are impossible to hit, it said everybody bill £20K a month in my dept anyway considering we only did 17K of business per person each month, this was IMPOSSIBLE unless you held back for one month and splurged all in one month. Which kind of defeated the point of it.

ken_ichikawa
this is all so passively sad behaviour for those that choose to receive it I didn't fully accept it, other people complained and were told if you don't like it then leave, they did and piled their work onto those who did not leave, I left a couple months later after securing another job at another firm.
