Ill go for - 0.3 % National

- 0.2% London

Reports are late..... not even the press are saying anything..... must be bad..... sorry.. good  :lol:  :lol:  :lol:

according to HPC front page hometrack already YOY negative,so won't be surprising to see annual figure closer to -5%.

when are HBOS/NW published?....will be interesting to see these,I'm betting on a very close to zero YOY(+0.6% approx)....blamed on the bombs of course.
