Two on a tiny terrace street with a couple round the corner then another couple not much further away... As far as I can tell they're selling this side as I've seen a sold sign *and* a removal van on one side street. A house nearby is SSTC - but I've just had a look round http://www.tomclarke.co.uk/ and there are 2 bed terraces going for 104k. Now that's really insane. (If you browse propertys on that site 100k-125k you'll notice a posh silver car in a couple of shots... I assume its the agents ) LOL Over a year ago we tried to get a viewing on this one house that's got an extension. It was on at £135k I think but they took it off the market saying they'd accepted an offer without us getting a veiwing... anyway a month later or less it was back on at £154k... It is now on at £164k !!!!!!!!!!!!!! And its not showing as having been sold on nethouseprice site.. I'm quite shocked that they've upped the price again!
