This Clyde house has been on the market for a lot longer than the PropertyBee details show - again because it was delisted and relisted. Note the £389,995 FP now o/o £349,000. Clyde use this house on a lot of their advertising. Want to know why? It's owned by one of their EA's in Clarkston.

1) A bad sign for EA's if they can't shift their own houses.

2) I thought they were meant to state the property is owned by an EA.
