Edward Mellor appear to have a new trick up their sleeve:

**** JOINT EQUITY PROPERTY ****

Does this mean they've bought some to flip and failed?

"Three bedroom quasi semi detached"

I would have thought quasi terraced would have been more appropriate.

quasi - having some resemblance to.

Nope can't see it. It's a terrace house and not even the terrace-end AFAICS. Trades description surely?

Still, what can you expect from a quasi-professional with quasi-skills?

Property Misdescriptions Act, specified orders. Quasi semi? Seems the agent has pseudo grasp of reality.

It has an alley way up the left hand side, that extends halfway up the house. So quasi-detached.

You won't be able to hear your neighbours banging away all night, but will have a load of the local chavs pumping britney up against your house.

Just another price support scheme to skew the market and make sure other people cannot afford a house either. It should all be banned in the name of common sense.
