Nope can't see it. It's a terrace house and not even the terrace-end AFAICS. Trades description surely? Still, what can you expect from a quasi-professional with quasi-skills? You won't be able to hear your neighbours banging away all night, but will have a load of the local chavs pumping britney up against your house.
