Advertising Feature: Sunshine Brings Purchasers Out To Play

Recommended Posts

Alas, in the paper version the words 'Advertising Feature' are tiny and the advert looks like an article.

You have to read it to learn that in some places there are, apparently, only a handful of houses left for sale!?

You do have to accept that the price falls in 2008-9 were stopped by ridiculous govt support. They will fail and the fall or even crash will resume. It is still the old bubble with a bit more air pumped in. But the air is now deflating, albeit slowly at the moment. The big MO will begin within months.

Oh no! I must have mistimed it - I have been waiting and waiting and now the housing market is on the up again. I've clearly missed the boat, and now I'll have to explain to my daughter (when she is old enough to understand such things) why we are part of the wretched underclass that still rents (which is why the neighbours give us dirty looks and spit at us).

The shame! If only I'd bought a house when Gordon saved the world. :P

If you believed the things that the EAs and other VIs spout you would think there were only about 50 houses for sale in the whole of the UK. Although, according to the sales volumes of Nationwide it does seem like about 50 houses are being sold each month (at silly prices!)
