More Craziness In Uk Law And Rehab

It's not quite the same as the usual 'barmy council story' though is it? Strathclyde police and the Church of Scotland are involved too. Glasgow has an immense gang problem (if the stories are true) so maybe anything is worth a shot.

As long as it's from the Scottish parliament budget that is. ;)

Wonder how many of these gang members had been invloved in footy hooliganism in the past? The workers accompanying them over to South Africa could be in for an exciting holiday.
