Property companies to raise fresh capital
Ben Harrington, 18:05, Thursday 27 May 2010
Analysts at Nomura have warned that the UK's largest Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs) are going to have to carry out second wave of rights issues or cut their dividends.

The recent euphoria concerning the future of property investments appears to be baseless. An attempt, no doubt, to suck more money in to hold them together for a little while longer. The whole property market is about to crash and the current euphoria for stocks and just about anything else is ill conceived and herd mentality.
