They describe them as people who brought a 'little' second home and these people, as they have retired, as the least able to pay tax on these gains.

F***'em, how able the ppl in cornwall who can't even afford a studio flat, what about the towns that are majority owned by second home owners? It's a complete disgrace!

IMPO BBC Radio presenters are obsessed with twitters and facebooks nowadays.
