3 Years on, not sure things have panned out as expected. My post was highlighting the headline throughout the previous crash where speculation in the press predicted rises but the reality of market data ground lower. History did not repeat itself this time, we had about 7 months of the fastest crash in history and it was nipped in the bud. The world seems extremely weird, it feels like we are right back in the bubble without the cleansing or clearing of the previous bubble.

3 Years is quite generous - Kaiser reckons we'll be in the shite within 24 months and to be honest - I think houseprices crashing will be the least of our worries by this time - they are literally on economic course to Armageddon.
