House Price Crash Forum

Hips Hipstory As Of Today

Recommended Posts

It'll mean loads of deluded wannabe "sellers" "testing the market" with fantasy asking prices.

Cue a steep rise in the Rightmove index, and headlines announcing that house prices are on the up gain ! Hurrah !

Practically, it'll mean that the info on last-sold price will be less immediately-available to buyers, and one brake on fantasy/uninformed offers will have been removed.

No wonder the EAs were lobbying hard for this.

oh yeah, and on a personal note it's going to cost me a whole load of £4s to get the info on houses I'm interested in from the LR that I got free before.
