New House Price Confidence Survey

Done 10 to 15% down.

Reasons:

Rising unemployment, debt, houses are too expensive.

DONE

same figures -same reasons

if they don't publish we need to make sure all HPC members bombard them with demands to do so

SPREAD THE WORD - MAKE IT PUBLIC!!!

2600 hits on the thread! 109 definate survey completions and probably many more who didn't reply to the thread. This has to have an effect. Good work everyone, lets wait and see!

Good going! 185 hits for this post already! If just 50% complete the survey this must make an impact on the survey results.  I am of course presuming that the majority here predicts a crash.

Please also add a reply (eg "done") when you have filled in the survey to keep it as a current thread.

cited unemployment as major cause....pity they didn't say anything about BTL heading for the exit or I would put that too.

The results of this influential poll are due out very soon. Last published 7/8 August. Will co-incide with interest rates decision.

Interestingly the poll allowed me to complete it for a second time. If it works for you why not give it a final hammering! You can justify this as completion on behalf of the missus, hubby, pet dog, etc.
