The Future Of Trailer Trash

Recommended Posts

Well here it is folks...the final insanity in the US comes of age. I stayed for a while in Malibu when I was in my twenties. Never could see what the fuss was about....a bit like Worthing but more reliable weather and daily gun crimes!

Here's the first batch of Mobile homes to sell for more than US $1 Million. We're getting quite close with some Surrey and Devon Park Homes topping £350k and that's for the USE of plot plus a home which decays after 20 - odd years, and NO freehold.

Meanwhile here is some UK entertainment for you. A few mobile "huts" at various prices from 80k to 130k in sunny England. Don't you love 'em. Don't forget, NO freehold, just a site licence and these have to be completely refurbished or renewed after 10-20 years.
