Yes, but where do those parental riches come from?

You guessed it: MEW from the old home ATM.  It's all a house of cards.

A mate of mine had a house bought for him by his parents, when they sold their large detached to a builder + planning permission for re-development as a number of homes!

Although I know this is very much the exception rather than the rule!
