Up 2% on quarter, hopefully as this is the April-June peak season means the next figures should be pretty bad?

Same old. Dissapointing so look to the next again.

HOUSE PRICES ARE ALL UP, even the latest quarterly figures (excl London which are all but flat)

someone pin this thread, so we can remind this giant steaming sphincter of his stupid comments next quarter.

Yeah. And don't forget the lemon juice and those fancy glasses hidden in the wall to help you read the figures properly.
