If You Bought Now

Do you think you could sell it for the same price you bought it for? I personally don't. Example if I paid 150k for a flat, I think id struggle to sell it for 120k.

It really does depend on the time, and the colour. Get them wrong, and it would taste awful. Never saw it myself, but I dare say i'll find it on the net one day!

Depending on the area and how much discount you negotiated when buying then yes it's possible. But it would be at a loss overal after taking various costs and stamp duty into account.
