We know its overvalued at 118K so it wont sell, it must be over valued at 110K otherwise it would of sold. Try it at 99k and sell it tommorow then. They see themselves as the cheeky chappy young and trendy face of the EA industry. Be interesting to see how they cope in a downturn. A bit like 'Jump' I suspect.
