A New Kind Of Ea Blurb

Recommended Posts

they know it would sell tommorow for 99K? the asking price is 118K so somewhere in between.

what sort of knob advertising is that....

We know its overvalued at 118K so it wont sell, it must be over valued at 110K otherwise it would of sold. Try it at 99k and sell it tommorow then.

Maybe they are hoping the thick owners (looks BTL to me) will read the advert and realises what cheeky buggers they are trying to ask too much

Similar type of place

Sorry, not even the conservatory could swing it for me. Bleh!

we at Hendys (who have had countless years of experience in the property game) are in daily wonderment as to why this very nice property in Alwoodley has not sold.

Location, location, location?

There are those paying tens of thousands of pounds more to be within staggering distance of a cocktail or a Greek kebab in Chapel Allerton

Ah, such a cosmopolitan ambiance.

possibly, or certainly with some negotiation, a bargain to be had here!

Or maybe not. Who knows? Or perhaps...

No 18 can be identified by our 'For Sale' sign outside.

Ah, the perfect des res for morons then?

ONE OF THE QUESTIONS WE MOST GET ASKED,

ANSWERED ABOUT THIS PROPERTY:

For the love of God, how much?!?

(just guessing!)

EDIT: I've emailed them the link to this thread, for what it's worth.

That has to be a spoof.

Hendys are just up the road from me.

They always advertise like this. They see themselves as the cheeky chappy young and trendy face of the EA industry.

Be interesting to see how they cope in a downturn.

A bit like 'Jump' I suspect.

Edit: - Yes, they have bright yellow minis.
