What's It Worth

Recommended Posts

This property has only been on rightmove for a matter of weeks & is now STC

asking price 246,950, it will be interesting to see if this actually completes & what price it actually sells for.

I still think it would be overpriced at 230k - can anyone tell me what they think if a crash happens the price should be?.

In 1998/99 3 bed detached of this size in Warfield were going for 140k to 150k. Now you would struggle to get a 1 bed house for the same price.

A return to 1998/99 prices would bring back to a sensible 4 times income level.

This type of property, here, in Weston Super Mare (btw there is nothing `super` here) would probably be marketed @ £199,950.

The `value` I think is £120,000 given a fair wind.
