HOMEOWNERS are increasingly sidestepping estate agents to avoid hefty fees and attempting to sell their property online.


Estate agents are currently involved in the sale of around 94% of properties, but the report, by first4sale, predicts that by 2010 up to 50% of house sales will be carried out over the internet without an estate agent.


This isnt news, it is ADVERTISING, reported as news.

They should change the name of This is Money to: This is Spin

even so, it will put the sh*ts some EA's
