Here's a nice example of someone get a nice short back & sides...

The owner initially wanted this price....

& then he trimmed it

& trimmed it again (note the desperation "Keen to Sell!!!")

(It's now on the market with 3 THREE different agents at this lower price)

That's almost 10% off the initial asking price (NOTE: this is still just an asking price - it's NOT sold yet!).

Makes a mockery of the VI stats we see churned out.

I know. Just how can the market still be rising! It is the same in our area. Vendors cutting the price right left and center! It has been going on for months!

Keen to sell really is a bo****cks thing to put in an advent its just superfulious, how many times have you gone to buy something and the seller says I can't be ar$e really go next door I think they might have what you're looking for.

I know. No business sense whatsoever.

I was in Boston a while back and an agent had a cardboard sign in their window

"Buyers Wanted"

No sh!t eh!

I'll bet their area manager would have hit the roof if he'd seen that.
