The Speculation Is Over!

Apparantly prices in my area are due to go up another 6.4% for the rest of this year. This is in an area where i hear many people complaining about not selling their houses, and I have not seen a customer in an estate agents in weeks. However as prices are still going up I may rush out now and buy one while I still can't afford it.

The key to this scam is the heading :-

"Plus for inspiration on everything from buying a home to renovating it, check out our property directory"

First, they fool you into thinking that some clever database is predicting

a house price rise "in your area".

Then they will hope that, in jovial mood with numbers ratcheting in your head,

you will click on their array of advertised - housing orientated - services.

This is how the ill-informed and unwary are enticed into debt and untimely

purchases.

Despicable.

Yep, if somebody found a way of predicting the future I'm sure there would be no more profitable thing to do than to set up a website predicting house prices for other people.
