Judging by a lot of the estimated graphs of the way this crash may well play out it looks like anyone who bought during the peak as a first time buyer may well be facing the best part of 20 years before prices reach this extent again.A lot of the sentiment expressed by past ftb's caught up buying in the early nineties about how bad it was waiting through ten years of drops and then recovery before they could sell on will pale into insignificance.Imagine having to wait twice as long again this time having bought last year and that was also in a high inflation environment with wages catching up a lot faster than they are ever going to do this time.
