Nope laws actually help this, in that in the UK various types of contract cannot be signed online, they still require a real signature. I was signing for a give and take service recently and if asked where you were. I clicked UK and it redirected me told me to print off the forms sign and send them in. In the US and Asia you were allowed to accept and send it online just like that.

Tax returns are a bit like that in that they MUST be signed by the tax payer before you can submit them, obviously on Jan 31st people send them sans signatures anyway.
