Landreg - Looks Like A Turning Point To Me

Recommended Posts

The overall averages may be disappointing but on looking deeper...

Flats in High Wycombe HP13 :-

Quarter Value Sales

05/2 116 (14)

05/1 122 (28)

04/4 121 (16)

04/3 122 (21)

04/2 114 (20)

This would seem to be a reversion to

the equivalent quarter last year, but

with very reduced sales..... a definite

turning point

Detached in Glos GL14 :-

Averages for Post codes 3 and 4

All from 20-30 sales per quarter

(approximations)

5/2 170

5/1 170

4/4 190

4/3 200

4/2 180

4/1 not to trend-150

3/4 180

3/3 160

3/2 not to trend (130)

3/1 160

2/4 155

2/3 140

2/2 130

Again, a peak and a reversion to last year.
