Ea's Now Focus On "customer Service"

Recommended Posts

Guest uberstuka

So, we have this EA giving up on residential sales completely:

"Lewis Wadsworth no longer sell residential properties, we specialise in residential lettings and surveying services. Please see our pages on Lettings and Surveys & Valuations."

http://www.lewiswadsworth.co.uk/sales.html

And we have this one virtually doing the same:

"We have initiated a programme of positive action to improve customer service by providing a new financial services department and full range of professional services, including surveys and valuations from Cleethorpes."

One in Yorkshire, the other in Lincolnshire. Are we witnessing a trend here?

Also in Lincolnshire:

Boom and Gloom of House Prices:

Best quote: "Everyone is waiting for the prices to drop drastically but, in my opinion, it is not going to happen."

The poor girl:

"Now, after knocking the price down £2,000 to £72,500, they have decided to switch agents to Jump, on Oxford Street, Grimsby."

Switched to Jump???

Now Jump have gone bust:

EAs will need to talk the market DOWN, if the want more business.

Let's focus on that message

Absolutely agree Doc, but think that it's a message that will be a long time in the learning from a vendors perspective.
