Actual HPI data ignored instead the Nationwide spokesman focused on Sentiment.

"Last few months we had downward sentiment due to the election and rising interets rates, some were even predicting a house price crash (sneer). That hasn't happened and the expected cut tomorrow will mean things get back on track"

Only caught end of report but interviews with the public I saw did not suggest improving sentiment
