Some telling bits: You might think that trying to sell a period house in a rustic situation would be as easy as falling off a log. Well, it might have been once, but times have changed. We found this out while trying to sell ours in East Sussex. Those who haven't yet realised that to buy a house you usually have to sell your own. They all live in houses that they think will defy all known market trends and sell the same afternoon, so why should they worry about not yet having the money to buy ours?
