Docklands In The Doldrums

Analysts calculate that three named developers are each sitting on dozens of unsold flats and penthouses.

They may now have no option but to slash prices to shift them.

Some have been on the market for as long as three years. In addition, a further 143 flats will soon become available within Discovery Dock.

"The Docklands area is now showing signs of becoming a speculative housing bubble.'

Really? These newspapers catch on quick, don't they?
