Janus Out Does Kerplunkski

Recommended Posts

I read with interest in the News of the World today (page 19) that Samantha Janus's boyfriend was made bankrupt.

"The pair, who have two young kids, tried to sell their £600,000 home in Whetstone, north London, to raise cash but failed to find a buyer."

Hmmmm

It must be time for her to house share again with a couple of dysfunctional blokes.

I remember that we once talked about signs of a crash being imminent when a few high profile stories made it into the paper about stars losing money or their houses.

Game On........

Guest Time 2 raise Interest Rates

THE MAIL ON SUNDAY.

When Keith Floyd put his three bedroom house on the market LAST JUNE, the television chef must have been suprised it did not get snapped up for the £325,000 asking price. :D:D

"I get enormous pleasure out of buying tired old houses, doing them up and selling them on," says Keith, who has made a hobby out of property development.

He bought his latest acquisition "sympathetically refurbished" it but after MORE THAN A YEAR ON THE MARKET HAS REDUCED THE PRICE TO £285,000. :D
