Vested Interests

We all have a vested interest in the property marker, even commited renters. Sure, the VI of a priced out FTB is much easier to empathise with than the VI of say, a big lender. But it is a vested interest nonetheless. Please reply to the poll if you want to discover the mix of interests here.

btw, I am a potential FTB. My VI is in buying at a good time (sometime between now and retirement)

I am a potential FTB, though until recently totally priced out.

Armed with a higher take-home pay this year, I wen t looking in the spring,

and was infuraited to find that all I could afford was cr@p.

My VI is as yours, to buy at a price whose mortgage can be completed before I retire :D

Sibsidiary VI is to have a home, not an investment, nor a money pit.

I sold my house a year ago (yesterday!) after being made redundant several months before.

Now living at home with my parents waiting for prices to drop before buying a home (hopefully for life).
