It Finally Happened Today

Recommended Posts

Almost every day I go into work and fight a seemingly losing battle over house prices. People all around me deride my opinion of the market. A few first time buyers are listening but the older people tend to trot out the mantra about property never falling. A lot of them are BTL which explains why they aren't prepared to listen to me.

At last today someone walked up to me and said to me they thought I must be very happy right now with all the bad news over the economy, housing and the fact PRICES WERE FALLING.

Lovin' it :)
