Jittery Bristol Ea

Recommended Posts

Spoke to a jittery EA in S Bristol this AM. He contacted me about a property that he had originally had on his books (6 months ago) at 164,000. The asking price had been reduced to 153,000 - open to offers. I asked him about the state of the market and he sounded incredibly jittery and defensive when he told me that things were quiet and they were reducing prices in order to get sales. I asked him for an average %age, just to get an idea, and he just refused to answer. However, he did add that almost all offers were coming in below asking price.
