Ea Pricing Difficulties!

Recommended Posts

These poor ea just could'nt decide on the right price! £345000 or £285000 well no not really its been on the market for months with a final drop of 60k its in Norwich Evening News Thursday July 28th 2005 for £285000 see the links.

(note no guide price) afer months of being on the market a drastic reductions.

low price

But now

high price

They just couldnt resist trying to hype up thier image, I wonder what sort of estate agent could really get it so wrong as to overprice by 60.000, and when it finally sells hype the price back to its original on the web site, it couldnt really be one of those professional people who we should seek advice from should it?
