The chadderton community council was "elected reps from the community" who don't get a vote and councillors. A councillor was community chancellor and none of the cllrs were interested in actually getting people involved outside of meetings. They were not interested in internet forums, local message boards out in the community or even changing venue occaisionally to other areas of the ward. Meaning of course, the USA and Israel and their camp followers, with us leading the throng hoping to pick up a few juicy favours like vultures circling the lions makin g the kill.
