how can he have retired and recieve a pension when he is working again.

this man should have been disqualified from working anywhere near finance as any other bankrupt would have been.

I think it is disgraceful that this guy should be allowed anywhere near a finance job.

Economics 101 : never borrow short to lend long - and then leave the taxpayer with the wreckage. <_<
