Their valuations are almost as bad as Foxtons!

Actually, when i first read this story it didnt have any reference to the '£350000' home. Obviously the ever vigilinant editor noticed this valuable information had been overlooked and modified the article - i almost assumed they were rentier plebs.

Anyway, i did some sleuthing, AT PEAK their property (no 32) was bought for just £234000. Given prices are back to 2004, and the east midlands has been probably the hardest hit of the regions, i think a value of £175000-200000 is more realistic (ie 50% of the Mails figure

Anyway, always treat the Mails house price guesstimates with caution.

And dont call your little boy 'Milan'

Looks like he bought her from a Croation mail order bride catalogue. Milan is quite a common name in the former Yugoslavia, BTW.

You just put "classy" and "the Beckhams" in the same sentence. Does not compute, does not compute, does not............

Apparently that's because it was founded by some Brits, and we call Milano Milan. Charlton Athletic has a nice ring to it though.

Milan is English. Milano is Italian. This is an English speaking forum? If ya gonna be pedantic get it right. Even wikipedia agrees and, as we all know, you don't mess with wikipedia (don't go changing it on me ;)!)

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Milan

Much in the same way that eg the French call London 'Londre' etc. I think Italians call it Londra? I bet you kept telling them all "no it's London gawd darn it". But in Italian ;)!

:D;)
