Update For Graph

I can not remember who the originator of the graph below is but I would really like to see an update, this will show something that has never happened before, a rise at this stage in the crash. It will just illustrate how desperate a state the market is in and would like to use it as reference.

Its shows the unprecedented efforts at the peak of the market to stop the crash already but if updated it will show the attempts to halt the correction on the way down.
