The EPC is interesting. This is the first time I have seen a house score only 1 out of 100 for energy efficiency. It must have the original single glazed shop window. I assume it also doesn't have central heating!

Offers in Excess of £135,000 3 bedroom town house for sale Stanley Road,Chadderton,OLDHAM,Lancashire

I had relatives who once lived on Stanley Street in Chadderton.

They sometimes received post for the corresponding house number on Stanley Road in Chadderton. 6 to 8 times a year. Completely different surnames involved. Anything from gas bills to what looked like greeting cards inside. They used to write STANLEY ROAD on the letters and repost them. Presumably the people at the same house number on Stanley Road received my relatives' post on occasion.

That is not very interesting but makes me less likely to buy a house on a road where there is a similarly named street or lane in the same area. I don't want the risk of delayed important post or the increased chance of someone opening my post.
