He might be genuinely alive or might not, but as long as he's "alive" then removing individual freedoms can continue without too much opposition. Hmm, he has access to a dialysis machine, can power an audio recorder, but can't power a video recorder, even on a mobile or something, and nor can anyone he knows. The reason this poll doesn't have a don't know option is that even if you say dead or alive it is inevitably a guess. What is your gut feeling?
