Then again, they may go up for the next few years, so what is the point in this article? Derivatives market are pricing in only a few more percent further falls, so if anyone disagrees, they should put money where their mouth is.

I think it a real shame that people losing jobs result in couples divorcing and therefore families breaking up.

recessions tend to see a reduction in divorces i believe due to the cost inefficiency and people are more prepared to make do. Particularly house price deflationary ones due to Neg Eq
