Btl Student Landlords Hit By Failure Of Student Loans System

Recommended Posts

Students moving into private rentals just don't have the money to pay the landlords, so they can move into their cosy HMOs as the system's been unable to cope and get their loans approved or out in time.

BTL landlords will be hit as students are unable to pay their rent.

Oh dear.

I thought those Starting Uni usually got the Uni provided flats....still they are unable to pay up front just the same, but its a delay that will cost Unis dearly....they will have budgeted for the money in September, not October or whenever.

second years and onwards are the ones that may find themselves back home.

It's going to get pretty ugly over the next few years.

Labours initiative to put 50% of Britons through university and the British economy in its death throes have swollen the enrolment in most schools to the maximum, with many seeing big percentage over subscriptions.

Expect to see a lot of young folk suffering because of this wholesale disaster of policy and regulation.
