I think you've missed the point of that, it's nothing to do with the price, it's the fact the sale has fallen through after 6 months !!!

i.e. sold at the start of the spring bounce...but it's not actually sold and the chain has collapse finally in the autumn.

i.e. sold at the start of the spring bounce...but it's not actually sold and the chain has collapse finally in the autumn.

Quote a few properties that i have been looking at have now been SSTC since end of May beginning of June. Now i know getting from completition does take circa 6 weeks+ but the initial properties sold during this Spring bounce have been lingering around like a fart in church for 3 months with completition.
