Another convict set free. What with biggs and migrainy i get the feeling this is just Liebours answers to prisons that are bursting at the seams. Too incompetent to build more prisons they are setting scum free. And these are only the high profile cases the media reports.

The thing is, prisons don't HAVE to be so expensive.

You could just build large wooden huts with electric fences and machine-gun towers round them.......

Would be cheaper per prisoner per year, thus allowing many more to be locked up for less public dosh.

im not sure a wooden hut would pass H&S as the strain placed on it after the sky dish has been added may collapse the wall

Fair point. The public need to see more blood on the streets before theyll support a mass prison building programme.

I think you'll find the public absolutely wont more prisons allready.

Its just the kunts in charge refuse to build them
