Japan’s Hatoyama May Visit China In October

Sept. 7 (Bloomberg) -- Democratic Party of Japan President Yukio Hatoyama will visit China soon after he becomes prime minister, possibly in October, the Daily Yomiuri newspaper said, citing an unidentified party official.

Hatoyama wants to discuss issues such as cooperation on addressing climate change and the development of gas fields in the East China Sea with Chinese President Hu Jintao, the report said.
