Very Serious F1 Race Fixing

Recommended Posts

The FIA fix races by making sure their favoured team / drivers has a better quality tyre than the other drivers.

The evidence is there for anyone to see at any race weekend in the last two years. This years its getting very blatant.

Whenever the drivers have a bad race its always the same problem - tyres.

I thought F1 died with Senna and Mansell, been fixed since then. RIP Ayrton.

Yes. Best summation of the death of a once great spectator sport.

Bizarrely dull now. They must have a commitee in charge of 'ensuring the delivery of dullness'. It'll be part of the spectator health and safety protocols to 'make sure no one get's too excited and bust a gonad'.

I'd sooner play naked scalectrix with Num Num.

No pit-stops next season so just a big chase...

Ironically, for years F1 has tried to avoid the label of it being just a big dull car chase and now the BBC advertise F1 using the words 'big car chase'. Amazed that Bernie Ecclestone has not spotted that one!

Is WRC still going? Used to watch that in Wales some years. Now that's driving.

Also MotoGP ain't too bad. Races are shorter, attention span not unduly challenged.
