Classic Bad Timing Of Developer?

Recommended Posts

The about my place photos show the work in progress, so it could have been going on for ages.

But wouldn't you sell this place when the leaves weren't falling off the trees?

Next to fire station

Next to gasometer (note shadow in birds eye south view!)

Next to busy road leading to football stadium

Just along from abattoir

In a graveyard!

And is there actually a photo of the feature fireplace amongst all that magnolia and 37 photos?

*and it's only the small gatehouse not the much bigger one

Getting on for a quarter of a million to live in a graveyard adjacent to some of the roughest bits of Manchester?

:o

It really makes you wonder whether they thought about what their target market was. There's plenty of outdoor space for kids to run around outside if they don't mind the graves...

Well, you can only have 1 kid running around - 2 bed house!

Still, it'll be not far to Collyhurst Police Station when you get robbed every week.

Looks like somewhere the Munsters would live.

That or that run down house in the industrial wastelands in Fight club.

Maybe if you covered the entire Plot in dense woodlands you might be able to forget where you are i guess.

If you look at the map, I have encircled the house in red circle. It is situated between a busy road, a large grave yard. It sits next to a semi-destroyed church. A gas works is nearby as well as main industrial. I would never want to live here. I wouldnt buy that hous for £20,000 let alone £200,000.

It's not that one. It's the little one the other side of the graveyard path

The one touching the edge of the gasometer in that image

It's the one with the blue circle
