The third vote requires a subjective interpretation which makes voting on it pointless. A home owner would consider a house boom an improvement while a potential FTB would think the opposite.

Yes

Silly poll.

"market better" could, to different people, be:

* Higher prices, more sales

* lower prices but more sales

* higher prices regardless

* lower prices regardless

* same prices, more sales

* prettier websites

* etc...

OP - do it again...

Or edit it.

I suspect s/he has gone to lunch, secure in the knowledge of a job well done.

The first two questions are the ones that count. The last was just an extra thrown in, but point taken.

Though, it would be good to compare what people think will happen and the proportion of people who think this will be a good thing or not.

If sales went up but prices continued to fall, it's possible both buyers and sellers would be just as happy as each other in general.

Thanks for your comments.

the only way that I can see volume increasing with prices decreasing is with forced sales. I don't think that many vendors are capable of capitulation while many more can not afford to sell for what will be offered.
